The owner and the staff of the Shiv
Shekhawati Hotel and the Jamuna Resort are inviting you for
a twelve days workshop on the Indian Way of Cooking including
expeditions to the countryside and visits to royal and rural
people of the Shekhawati Area, to share their food and their
experience in the field of cooking.
Hotel and resort are situated in the
heart of Rajasthan, the Land of Kings, along the old merchants
route from China to Gujarat in the Western part of the subcontinent.
As far as we know, we are the first
and only hotel in India ready for disclosing its secrets of
cooking to his guests. What has made our mind? Again and again
it happens, that a visitor asked us for the recipe of a
meal he or she had taken at our place. Recently, Piet from Leyden
(The Netherlands) prolonged his stay at our resort for two days,
just to learn how to prepare a Massala Dosa for twenty people,
because he wanted his friends to share the experience of this
speciality, after returning back home from his journey to India.
Whenever Anne from Yorkshire (England), who spent nine month
with us in 1996 to 1997, writes a letter to us, she will always
include a remark about the tasty food prepared by the staff
of our kitchen. Peter from Berlin (Germany), a hobby cook since
forty years, has made it a part of his annual timetable to pay
a visit to our resort, last but not least because he likes the
preparation of our kitchen.
My son Vijay,
who gained his knowledge and skills in cooking from the Rambagh
Palace Hotel, the reputed five star hotel in Rajasthan’s Capital
Jaipur, our cooks from Bihar, Nepal and Rajasthan.
Offer to you:
